We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
We currently ship in the United-States and Canada.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Team of Nutri Cell Life is operated by humans and might make mistakes. It happens very infrequently, but if we send you the wrong products or product, please let us know and we’ll send you a replacement within 5 days of receiving the products.
If you believe any item you have received is defective, please email us Order@salubriousroots.com to initiate the replacement process within 5 days of receiving the products.
We are confident that you will love them; you will enjoy having and reading them. However, if, for any reason, you choose to return them within 60 days. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for our products.
Thank you for shopping with Nutri Cell Life. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from your order date to make a return.
Customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

Package forwarding: We currently only ship within the United States and Canada, while we appreciate international customers who are excited enough about Nutri Cell Life to use packaging forwarding service, those orders are unfortunately not covered by our 60-day money back guarantee.
Express shipping: Express shipping fees are not refundable. If your package didn’t arrive within the specified time frame, let us know so we can file a report with the carrier.

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
